Playabachata Puerto Plata

Liked the place, had a nice stay for my vacation. The room was cleaned everyday and available with the kind size bed which I reserved. Ate at the poolside restaurant with the food from the buffets as well as the A la carte restaurants.

Simple brand-new hotel for 2 nights in Puerto Plata. Newly decorated unit with a nice decor, pleasant staff even at our request.

Liked our stay, had beautiful 2 days overall. The rooms were fully functional and spotless with very large well covered balconies, an available hair dryer, champagne, no complains at all.

We had a really great stay at this brand-new hotel. Very good location and food, and a family vibe of the whole place. We loved our room that was cleaned everyday and available with the TV and the kind size bed, as for instance. Late check-out was useful. Besides, parking was available onsite.

I liked the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were absolutely exceptional! Room was well-kept and absolutely perfect with ocean views. Service was exceptional too.

Everything was clean and very good. Had good sleep at the standard queen room with two beds which were pushed together as well as an available hair dryer. The accommodation had a central location down the beach.

Luxury room, perfect beds, amazing pool. I enjoyed bangers and grits for breakfast. There were the shops and a supermarket around the hotel. The beach nearby was excellent and the view was outstanding. The Irish bar was executive and the drinks were delicious.

The room was well-appointed and I really enjoyed the beachfront location. Staff was willing to help, and always with a cheerful greeting.

Views appeared to be awful.

The venue was fairly clean and big size.

I would say it's convenient base for staying and exploring Puerto Plata. There is a very nice a la carte restaurant.

Absolutely amazing staff, modern room, bed was lovely. Lots of supplies in the room: free wireless internet access and microwave. Breakfast food, especially sausages, cereals and grits was outstanding. Service was very amazing during my stay too.

Nice safe hotel, brilliant staff, different food. Room was just average and refurbished with a reasonably clean bathroom. Its impeccable service. A spectacular beach, absolutely stunning view.

The hotel was perfect, the room was great and such lovely, had essentials for a pleasant enough stay. The breakfast was good enough with lots of goodies. Our room had a comfortable enough bed and a breathtaking view. All personnel were eager to help, so exceptional. There was a heated pool on site too. Central location, not very far from loma san cristobal.

Rooms were generous sized and generous sized, picturesque location. Thai style hotel with comfortable furniture in the rooms. Complementary coffee and tea in the karaoke bar, good parking place.

Wonderfully comfortable beds, updated rooms and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location. Lots of food for breakfast, food was exceptional. Absolutely gorgeous view of beach. Super helpful staff and top notch service all day long. All inclusive hotel in a calm area of Puerto Plata.

Very clean property with helpful staff. We appreciated the convenience of the standard double room, as well as climate control, a safe and a work desk. Moreover, they offer free WiFi in public areas, which allows you to work from the hotel. Great variety at breakfast.

Welcome base for a 4-night stay. We really enjoyed the great pool;)))

It deserves its 5 stars. Adjacent to a nice beach. Decent food options.

Hotel was situated near tourist destinations like amber museum. We greatly enjoyed riu mambo. The venue met needs well. 35 minutes by car from the airport

30 minutes' drive to the airport. We stayed not far from such popular places as Kviar Casino Cofresi. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose riu mambo.

all in all really amazing stay. great food for dinner and breakfast.
